All OrniGears products are backed by our 2-year official manufacturer warranty against any manufacturing or technical defects, ensuring long-term reliability and peace of mind for your setup.
Package and Product Condition
Unlike other tech brands, we truly value your product testing experience. Having the product package opened, protective seals removed, or the product being tested does not void your return eligibility.
You can test the product through performance benchmarks for 15 days within your own setup. Our only expectation during the return process is that the product and its accessories have not suffered any physical damage.
